The Lean Legs Program 2 is an 8 week workout program. All workouts are in full length video format, done with our trainer Rachael. She does the workout with you from start to finish. There are 4 workouts per week, and all workouts are around 30 minutes long.
Yes! You can do LLP2 if you haven’t done LLP1. LLP2 has shorter, but more challenging workouts. LLP1 is done by trainers Rachael and Narelle, and LLP2 is done with trainer Rachael.
You will access the program through our Femme Nativa app. Download the app on the App Store, create an account, and you will see your program under “Programs”. You can also access the program through the login section on our website.
You will have lifetime access to your program.
You will get access to the app and our amazing community. We have also included a free 1 week meal plan for you. However, you won’t get access to all of our other app features such as the at home cardio workouts, workout library, challenges, and goal tracking.
