This is the original Lean Legs Program created by Rachael Attard. It is an 8-week workout program. All of the workouts are done by our trainers Rachael and Narelle. 

The program includes full-body workouts but there is a key focus on sculpting and toning your legs. 

The program is for you if you want to - 

  • Lose fat from your legs
  • Reduce muscular thighs and/or tone them without getting bulky
  • Slim down your hips and thighS
  • Your fitness level is - beginner to intermediate

The Lean legs Program 1 includes -  

  • 8 weeks of full length workout videos
