The Flat Tummy Program is an 8 week workout program designed and filmed by our trainer Narelle. All workouts are in full length video format. There are 4 workouts per week and each workout is around 30 minutes long.
Narelle has used her experience as a Pilates instructor to design low impact workouts that will get you lean and toned, not bulky.
You will access the program through our Femme Nativa app. Download the app on the app store, create an account, and you will see your program under “Programs”. You can also access the program through the login section of our website.
You will have lifetime access to your program.
Yes, you will get access to the app and our amazing community. We have also included a free 1 week meal plan for you. However you won’t get access to all of our other features such as the at home cardio workouts, workout library, challenges and goal tracking.
