The GAL Program is an 8 week workout program. All workouts are in full length video format, filmed in a studio with voiceovers, with our amazing trainers Jennie, Sally and Dijana. They do the workouts with you from start to finish. There are 4 workouts per week, and all workouts are around 30-45 minutes long.
You will access the program through our Femme Nativa app. Download the app on the app store or Google Play, create an account, and you will see your program under “Programs”. You can also access the program through the login section on our website.
You will have lifetime access to your program.
You will get access to the app and our amazing community. We have also included a free 1 week meal plan for you. However, you won’t get access to all of our other app features such as the at home cardio workouts, workout library, challenges, and goal tracking.
No, the cardio guide is only included in the Next Level You and Ultimate VIP Packages.
